Our Mission & Purpose

Bridges of Comfort International is a non-profit Christian Organization, dedicated to supporting early childhood and primary education to vulnerable children in rural poor communities in Uganda.

Our vision is a world where every child has access to education and clean drinking water. Bridges of Comfort International provides safe school buildings, scholastic materials and clean drinking water to the schools, as well as to the villages where these schools are located.

Studies have shown that children who participate  in early childhood and primary education, have lower rates of teenage pregnancy and reduced Juvenile delinquency. Also, these children are less likely to run away from home, to become street children in towns or cities which exposes them to being victims of human trafficking.
